Job Details- Defend a varied caseload of general liability insurance defense matters
- Handle all phases of litigation from inception through resolution - pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
- Evaluate liability, damages, and exposure and provide strategic guidance to insurance carriers and insured clients on case strategy, settlement, and resolution
- Work closely with partners and clients to deliver efficient, cost-effective defense strategies consistent with carrier guidelines and litigation budgets
Looking For:
- Illinois and Indiana Bar Admissions (both required)
- Insurance defense experience with a general liability focus
