About the Role As a Technical Solutions Lead, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define processes and to deliver high-quality results through well-managed, on time and on budget projects. This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for driving the discovery, definition, and comprehensive implementation of technical solutions and scalable automation frameworks for our global clients.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work. This position acts as a senior technical consultant and orchestrator, combining Technical Program Management, Deep Discovery, and Solution Architecture disciplines. You will be the primary link translating complex client business challenges into technology roadmaps and structured technical requirements and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of innovative tooling and automation project
Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end project life cycle from briefing, technical development to delivery.
- Develop and help define processes and develop documentation both internally and across multiple client stakeholder groups.
- Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication across assigned technology programs and projects.
- Conduct thorough technical and business discovery sessions with global client stakeholders to extract, validate, and prioritize complex business and functional requirements.
- Partner with Delivery leads to design and blueprint end-to-end technical solutions, translating business needs into structured tooling roadmaps, integration architectures, and optimized workflows.
- Orchestrate and oversee cross-functional implementation projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality technical build-out and deployment.
- Coordinate with development, data, and innovation teams to ensure seamless technical integration of new tools and automation into complex client ecosystems and with Content Studio leadership to ensure clear implementation and use of tooling across Studio G team.
- Own the technical lifecycle of AI and automation tools-from initial proof-of-concept and pilot to full-scale, governed rollout and continuous optimization.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for all tooling, automation, and solution initiatives.
- Define technical KPIs and success metrics to measure adoption, deployment efficiency, and the quantifiable ROI of implemented solutions.
About You The essentials: - 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting, ideally within marketing, creative operations, or digital production environments.
- Proven track record in orchestrating the technical build and deployment of complex, AI-driven, or automation-based tooling projects.
- Strong technical understanding of content orchestration, workflow automation, system integration, and global delivery models.
- High technical literacy and hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms and APIs (e.g., LLMs, image generation).
- High technical literacy and hands-on experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
- High technical literacy and hands-on experience with Enterprise workflow automation and management platforms (e.g., Workfront, Monday, or similar).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to operate comfortably in matrixed, cross-functional, and fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment, navigating uncertainty and prioritizing when needed.
Not a must, but a plus - Experience in marketing campaign execution (e.g. media, email) and understanding of basic performance metrics.
- Creative agency experience.
- Previous CPG experience

This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate's sex or any other protected status.
