In this role, you will consult on complex initiatives, analyze multi-faceted challenges, and contribute to the resolution of intricate quality assurance issues. You will also play a key role in supporting a large-scale testing transformation initiative within a Commercial Banking environment, bridging the gap between automation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This position requires a blend of hands-on automation expertise and UAT experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
  • Identify opportunities to transition manual testing processes into automated solutions.
  • Perform comprehensive UAT testing, including test planning, execution, validation, and defect tracking.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to validate requirements and confirm expected outcomes.
  • Execute both manual and automated test cases across multiple applications and platforms.
  • Support end-to-end testing efforts throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Document test scenarios, test cases, defects, and test results.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Contribute to the organization's testing transformation strategy by improving automation coverage while maintaining strong UAT support.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 3-4+ years of hands-on UAT testing experience within a Commercial Banking environment.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience with modern test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Proven experience converting manual test scripts and processes into automated test solutions.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
  • Significant experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Tricentis Tosca, and HyperExecute.
  • Experience executing UAT testing and supporting business validation activities.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into both manual and automated test cases.
  • Experience managing defects, test results, and testing documentation.
  • Strong collaboration skills with business partners, development teams, and testing teams.
  • Banking and application experience required, including strong Hogan system knowledge and hands-on testing experience.
  • Preferred experience with ATM application testing and supporting banking transformation or modernization initiatives.
