The Opportunity

StaffRight Associates is receruiting for an exceptional Maintenance and Reliability Leader (open to management or supervisory backgrounds) on behalf of a prominent manufacturing client in the Fargo, North Dakota area. In this onsite position, you will spearhead facility upkeep, drive operational longevity, and champion a rigorous safety culture. What You'll Do

  • Orchestrate comprehensive facility repair protocols, applying top-tier methodologies to maximize workforce efficiency, elevate workplace safety metrics, and strictly enforce inventory compliance standards.

  • Champion ongoing operational enhancements by identifying performance gaps, conducting thorough team evaluations, and mitigating hazards to personnel and machinery.

  • Synthesize equipment dependability data to create robust tracking frameworks, swiftly address mechanical failures, and broadcast site performance metrics to regional leadership.

  • Architect forward-looking sustainment strategies that optimize facility functionality, tightly control financial expenditures, and ensure vital mechanical knowledge is integrated into broader capital project planning.

  • Cultivate a highly capable technical staff by mentoring experienced supervisors, guiding strategic talent acquisition, handling disciplinary actions, and ensuring personnel decisions align seamlessly with future organizational demands.

What You Bring

  • University diploma in an applicable discipline, or commensurate professional background.

  • Five or more years of hands-on technical experience within Food Manufacturing.

  • At least twenty-four months guiding personnel in Food Production Supervision.

  • Deep comprehension of regional and local Environmental Health And Safety Regulations.

  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities to foster productive alliances across varied corporate tiers.

  • Preferred credentialing: Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

  • Preferred credentialing: Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP).

  • Formal instruction or specialized knowledge regarding Predictive Maintenance Technologies.
