Job Title: Senior SAP TM Consultant (Remote)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP TM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Transportation Management and SAP Integration (BTP-CPI). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end TMS implementations and deep knowledge of supply chain processes and solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) solutions
Design and implement scalable supply chain and logistics solutions
Drive SAP integration using SAP BTP-CPI, connecting S/4HANA with third-party systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP modules (SD, MM, ACM / IS-Oil)
Provide technical leadership and support enterprise-level initiatives
Optimize system performance and ensure best practices in SAP architecture

Required Skills & Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in SAP TMS / SAP TM implementations
Strong background in supply chain planning and solution architecture
5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams
Hands-on expertise in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM)
Strong experience in SAP Integration using SAP BTP-CPI
Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with external/third-party systems
Cross-module expertise in SAP SD, MM, and SAP Commodity Management (ACM / IS-Oil)

Preferred Skills:

Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
