Role Overview

We are onboarding motivated individuals into a structured Data Science Professional Development Track designed to build strong analytical, technical, and project execution capabilities aligned with real-world industry needs.

This role combines guided project work, mentorship, and performance-based progression into client-facing or internal data science assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Work on structured, real-world data science projects under senior mentorship
Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis (EDA)
Develop and validate machine learning models
Build dashboards and data visualizations for business insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions
Document methodologies, findings, and project outcomes
Participate in technical reviews and performance evaluations

Technical Skills Required

Strong foundation in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
Understanding of statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering)
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI / Matplotlib)
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
