IT Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Project Manager in San Antonio, TX.

Summary:
We are seeking an IT Project Manager to support complex, cross-functional technology initiatives in a large enterprise environment. This role focuses on driving execution across multiple interdependent teams, managing competing priorities, and ensuring clear communication between business and technical stakeholders.

The IT Project Manager will help integrate initiatives introduced mid-cycle, surface risks early, and bring structure and clarity to highly dynamic workstreams. Success in this role requires strong judgment, the ability to influence without authority, and comfort operating in ambiguity while maintaining delivery discipline.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of experience in delivery, program, or senior project management
* Experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile environments (SAFe preferred)
* Experience partnering with technical teams and business leaders
* Strong stakeholder communication and executive-facing skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward execution
* Proven ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple dependencies
* Ability to absorb late-breaking priorities and re-plan effectively

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
