Job Description:

• Team is looking to add a Business Analyst
• Service Now (SNOW) experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong preference for candidates with an engineering or computer science background and handson development experience
• Longterm goal is to pivot the team away from being SNOWspecific toward a more general software development background

• Interview Format: Oneanddone team interview
• Final Hiring Decision: Hiring manager
• FollowUp Activity: Candidate review confirmed for 4/3
• Manager Availability: Manager is aligned and will review candidates on 4/3

• Business Analyst fundamentals
• Story writing
• Requirements gathering
• General BA responsibilities

• Technical experience is highly valued, but not a hard requirement
• This is a personality and softskillsdriven hire do not eliminate strong candidates due to lack of specific technical tools
• Experience working across multiple lines of business
• Comfort managing large and diverse stakeholder groups

• Ability to effectively work across 9 lines of business and collaborate with 40+ stakeholders

• Role supports the SNOW Operations Team
• New application development
• Incident management
• Procedural changes
• Environment details:
  • Kanban alone is considered too much of a pivot
  • Twoweek cadence remains in place
  • Flexibility to pick up and pause work as needed
• Approximately 60 applications supported
• High volume of incoming incidents
• Team is shifting from Scrum toward ScrumBan
• Agile experience is welcome, provided candidates are not strongly opposed to Kanbanstyle workflows
• Level flexibility:
• Open to midlevel or senior candidates
• Years of experience do not directly equate to skill level
• Rough guidance: 7 8+ years for seniorlevel consideration
