Our challenge
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Pega Developer to lead and design end-to-end Pega solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Pega PRPC, Case Management, Decision Rules, Data Modeling, Authentication & Security, Deployment, and DevOps practices. You will play a key role in developing scalable, secure, and efficient Pega applications, guiding junior team members, and ensuring best practices are followed.
The Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega PRPC applications with a focus on Case Management and Decision Rules.
- Develop and maintain data models, including class structures, properties, and integrations.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security protocols in Pega applications.
- Configure and optimize Pega deployment processes, including version control and environment management.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate builds, deployments, and monitoring of Pega applications.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor team members.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Pega solutions.
- Ensure that Pega applications adhere to performance, security, and quality standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of design, build, and deployment processes.
- Stay updated with the latest Pega features and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Pega Developer with a strong understanding of Pega PRPC and Pega Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Pega Case Management, Decision Rules, Data Modeling, and Security.
- Strong knowledge of Pega deployment strategies and DevOps integration.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git, Maven, or similar.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Pega certifications (e.g., Pega Certified System Architect, Pega Certified Lead System Architect) are highly desirable.
Preferred, but not required:
- Experience with Pega Robotics and automation tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of other programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or SQL.
