Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Deskside Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support in a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues, performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities, and ensuring minimal downtime for end users. This role requires hands-on support for Windows desktops/laptops, printers, and basic networking, while maintaining accurate asset management and adhering to IT security standards.

Required Skills:

4+ years of IT Deskside/Desktop Support experience
Strong experience with Windows desktops/laptops and peripherals
Experience with hardware troubleshooting, deployments, and IMAC activities
Knowledge of basic networking concepts
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to support onsite users and participate in after-hours/on-call support as needed

Preferred:

Experience supporting healthcare or enterprise environments
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
