Must Have Skills:
• Backend/API: Java 11/17/21, Spring Boot, Spring MVC/Security, RESTful
APIs, Microservices, JSON, JPA/Hibernate.
• Frontend: React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive UI
/ SPA development.
• Testing/API tools: JUnit, Mockito, TDD, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Data & Integration: SQL, PostgreSQL/Oracle; MongoDB; Kafka/messaging
preferred.
• DevOps/Cloud: Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD, Jenkins/GitHub/GitLab, Docker,
Kubernetes/OpenShift; AWS/Azure exposure.

Development

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Java Developer with strong
expertise in Java backend and API development, along with working
experience in React UI development. The ideal candidate should have
experience building scalable REST APIs and microservices using Java and
Spring Boot, and practical experience using AI-assisted development
tools to improve coding productivity, testing, refactoring, and
delivery.

Requirements:
Java Backend & API Development
•       Strong experience with Java 11/17/21, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and
Spring Security.
•       Experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices.
•       Knowledge of JPA/Hibernate, JSON, SQL, and relational database
integration.
AI-Assisted Development
•       Hands-on experience using AI coding tools in day-to-day development.
•       Experience with Vibe Coding, Spec-Driven Development, or similar
approaches.
•       Ability to use AI tools for code generation, testing, refactoring,
troubleshooting, and documentation.
•       Ability to review and validate AI-generated code for quality,
security, and functionality.
React UI Development
•       Working experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and
CSS3.
•       Experience developing responsive web applications and integrating
React with REST APIs.
Testing & API Tools
•       Experience with JUnit, Mockito, Postman, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
•       Understanding of automated testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Database, DevOps & Cloud
•       Experience with PostgreSQL and/or Oracle; exposure to MongoDB is
preferred.
•       Knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub, or
GitLab.
•       Working knowledge of Docker; exposure to Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS,
or Azure is preferred.
•       Exposure to Kafka or other event-driven technologies is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
•       Design, develop, and maintain Java-based REST APIs and microservices
using Spring Boot.
•       Contribute to React UI development and integrate frontend applications
with backend services.
•       Use AI-assisted development tools and Vibe Coding/Spec-Driven
Development practices to improve productivity.
•       Develop unit tests, validate AI-generated code, and maintain API
documentation.
•       Troubleshoot application issues and follow established coding,
security, and testing standards.
•       Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, DevOps, and other
engineering teams.
