Summary

Project Description: We are looking for a senior-level PeopleSoft professional who can independently support and enhance existing systems in an Oracle-based environment. This role requires strong technical expertise along with functional exposure across core finance modules.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and support PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools 9.1 and PeopleSoft 8.6
Work extensively with complex SQL queries, including advanced joins and performance tuning
Use PeopleSoft Application Designer for development, customization, and troubleshooting
Support data-related activities using Data Mover
Work across financial modules including General Ledger, Asset Management, T&E, and Cash Management
Collaborate within an AWS (EC2-based) environment under a lift-and-shift cloud setup
Identify system gaps, suggest improvements, and proactively resolve issues
Provide backup support for DBA-related activities when needed

Required Skills:

Strong experience with PeopleTools 9.1 and PeopleSoft 8.6
Advanced SQL skills (complex joins, optimization)
Hands-on experience with Oracle databases
Expertise in PeopleSoft Application Designer (critical requirement)
Experience supporting financial modules (GL, AM, T&E, Cash Management)

Good to Have:

Database/DBA exposure
Experience supporting both PeopleSoft and database environments
