Summary
Role: DevSecOps Engineer / Cloud Engineer (Sr) Fully Remote Long term contract opportunity
Primary FDMP Capability / Task Alignment:
Task 6 (Security, Privacy, ATO); Task 7.1 (O&M); Task 3.2 (MFA/RBAC/logging)
Minimum Education:
Bachelor s in CS/IT/Security (required)
Minimum Relevant Experience:
8+ years DevOps/SRE/DevSecOps; 3+ years supporting NIST 800-53 / FISMA control implementations and ATO artifacts
Required / Preferred Certifications:
Required: Security+ (or CISSP/CISM). Preferred: Cloud DevOps cert; ITIL Foundation
Must-Have Skills / Tools:
CI/CD, IaC, secrets management, vulnerability scanning/remediation workflows
Security logging/monitoring, incident response coordination, audit-ready documentation
Okta/MFA integration patterns; least privilege/RBAC implementation
