Prompt Engineer (AI Strategy & Analytics)

We are seeking a Prompt Engineer who can bridge business strategy, data analytics, and generative AI to drive measurable outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just write prompts, but understands how to frame the right questions, structure problems, and turn AI outputs into actionable business insights.

You will work closely with Product, Operations, and Applications teams to design, test, and optimize prompts that power decision-making, automate workflows, and enhance productivity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, iterate, and optimize prompts for LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support analytics, reporting, and business decision workflows

• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured prompt frameworks and AI-assisted solutions

• Build prompt-driven systems for:

• Executive reporting and narrative generation

• KPI tracking and performance analysis

• Customer insights, segmentation, and experimentation (A/B testing)

• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify high-impact AI use cases across different applications

• Evaluate and improve prompt performance using structured testing, feedback loops, and measurable success criteria

• Combine SQL/Python-based analysis with AI-generated insights to deliver end-to-end solutions

• Create reusable prompt libraries, templates, and best practices for internal teams

• Communicate AI-driven insights clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in business analytics, strategy, or data-driven roles

• Hands-on experience using LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in a professional setting

• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Python, or similar tools

• Experience designing KPI frameworks, dashboards, or executive reporting systems

• Ability to structure problems using hypothesis-driven or consulting-style frameworks

• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial services

• Familiarity with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and performance optimization

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)

• Exposure to prompt evaluation techniques, guardrails, and output validation

• Background in consulting frameworks (e.g., McKinsey, BCG-style problem solving)
