Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Technology Manager to lead technology strategy, program delivery, and operational readiness for Emergency Preparedness & Response (EP&R) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise IT programs, vendors, integrations, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in utilities, energy, critical infrastructure, disaster recovery, business continuity, or emergency response is highly desirable.

Strong program delivery, risk management, and executive communication skills.

Vendor management and cross-functional leadership.

Knowledge of applications, integrations, infrastructure, and operational resilience.

Strong enterprise IT program and technology management experience.

Report program status, risks, and decisions directly to IT leadership.

Maintain program dashboards, risk registers, and executive reports.

Oversee technology testing, contingency planning, and post-event improvements.

Manage vendors, system integrators, and business stakeholders.

Coordinate application, infrastructure, integration, and operations teams.

Manage program schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resources.

Lead technology readiness for storm seasons, emergency events, and Emergency Operations Center (EOC) activation.

Own the EP&R technology roadmap, priorities, and delivery plans.
