Key Roles & Responsibilities / Must-Have Skills

• SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC: Strong functional experience in Order-to-Cash, primarily supporting existing business processes, production issues, and enhancements.
• SAP CPI Integration: Experience troubleshooting integrations between Salesforce (front-end CRM), SAP CPI (middleware), and SAP S/4HANA. Must understand APIs, interfaces, and integration-related issues.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Experience working closely with SAP EWM and FI/Finance teams to investigate and resolve integration and business process issues.
• After-Sales Business Processes: Understanding of repair orders, over-the-counter (OTC) parts orders, and body shop orders. These are currently handled as part of the sales order process.
• Pricing – High Priority: Strong SAP SD pricing knowledge, including pricing master data, pricing updates/uploads, and related OTC processes.
• Data Migration & Master Data: Hands-on experience with customer master, material master, pricing master, BOMs, and credit management data, including master data setup and bulk uploads.
• SAP Fiori Applications: Hands-on familiarity with Fiori applications in S/4HANA, particularly for pricing updates, data uploads, and business-user activities.
• Cutover & Business Support: Experience supporting data migration/cutover activities and assisting business users with SAP processes.
• Third-Party Logistics (3PL): Basic understanding of 3PL integrations would be an added advantage.

Important Clarifications

• Dedicated SAP S/4HANA Service Management expertise is not currently mandatory, as that functionality has not yet been enabled.
• SAP CPI integration knowledge is important; separate SAP BTP platform expertise was not identified as a mandatory requirement.
• This is primarily a functional support, integration troubleshooting, and data migration role rather than a pure solution design/configuration position.

Ideal Candidate: A strong SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC Functional Consultant with hands-on pricing, Salesforce–SAP CPI integration, master data migration, and production support experience.
