The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst will help implement the organizational change management strategy and tools to support change initiatives and activities within an IT organization. The individual will be instrumental in driving and managing the following activities with key stakeholders: Stakeholder Analysis, Leadership Alignment, Communication and Engagement Planning and Execution, Change Impact Analysis, Training Needs Analysis and Development, and Change Measurement.
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
3-5 years' experience in IT change management, 2-3 years of which are focused on IT initiatives.
No more than 5 years of experience
Experience managing large-scale IT change initiatives and activities and working in complex, matrixed organizations.
Proven experience leading change in large-scale adoption across multiple teams or departments.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end change management process and tools from Stakeholder Analysis, Leadership Alignment, Communication and Engagement Planning and Execution, Change Impact Analysis, Training Needs Analysis and Development, and Change Measurement.
Ability to create professional presentations in PowerPoint, create spreadsheets in Excel, and create documents in Word.
Required Experience:
- Operational change management experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Must have samples of a PowerPoint presentation slide and communication/writing sample (1-2 pages).
Preferred:
- Prosci certification, Training experience, IT experience, Utility industry experience
