Pay-range : $62/hr.-$64/hr.
Day-to-Day:
Develop and maintain comprehensive project master schedules using Primavera P6
Integrate schedules across engineering, design, construction, production, and project teams
Establish contract milestones and schedules for bid packages
Partner with estimating and finance teams on scope, durations, milestones, and project controls
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams on activity durations, sequencing, and dependencies
Lead planning and scheduling meetings
Monitor project progress and analyze schedule performance and variances
Identify schedule risks and develop recovery/workaround plans when projects fall behind
Perform resource loading and resource analysis
Support earned-value tracking, progress measurement, and progress curves
Prepare schedule reports and communicate project status to leadership and senior management
Develop conceptual schedules when detailed design information is not yet available
Provide guidance to other Project Schedulers
Lead the overall scheduling portfolio while maintaining ownership of major projects
Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
7+ years of engineering/construction planning and scheduling experience
5+ years of Primavera P6 experience
Strong understanding of design and construction progress measurement
Experience with project controls and earned-value measurement
Experience coordinating internal teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Ability to influence project teams and negotiate schedule changes with vendors and contractors
Experience leading or mentoring other schedulers/project controls professionals is highly desirable
