- Act as the single point of contact for AI implementation across all use cases and business functions.
- Translate ambiguous business problems from HR, Legal, Finance, Operations, Restaurant Operations, and IT/SDLC into well-scoped AI solution architectures.
- Run solution workshops, architecture reviews, and steering committee discussions with client leadership.
Solution Architecture & Delivery
- Own the end-to-end architecture for scalable, secure, and high-quality AI solutions across the client s enterprise landscape, anchored on AWS Bedrock and Snowflake Cortex as the primary platform components.
- Design solutions that integrate with custom-built systems and third-party products including Workday (HR), Harri (workforce/scheduling), Crunchtime (restaurant operations/inventory), POS, ERP, ITSM, document management, data platforms, and identity systems.
- Define reference architectures, reusable patterns, and guardrails for GenAI, agentic AI, RAG, LLM orchestration, and traditional ML leveraging Bedrock foundation models, Bedrock Agents/Knowledge Bases/Guardrails, and Snowflake Cortex AI/Search functions.
- Ensure alignment with the client s enterprise architecture, data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Team Leadership & Ownership
- Provide technical leadership to offshore tech leads, architects, and engineering pods delivering across multiple parallel AI workstreams.
- Drive strong delivery ownership set expectations, review designs and code, unblock the team, and hold the bar on quality.
- Mentor offshore architects and senior engineers; build a culture of accountability and craftsmanship.
- Run effective handoffs across time zones to maintain delivery momentum around the clock.
Hands-On Triage, Build & Deploy
- Roll up sleeves to triage production issues, diagnose root causes, and drive fast resolution.
- Build, fix, and deploy quick tactical solutions when speed matters without compromising the long-term architecture.
- Lead incident reviews and feed lessons back into platform and process improvements.
Governance & Quality
- Establish solution review gates covering security, data privacy (PII/PCI), responsible AI, cost, observability, and performance.
- Champion MLOps/LLMOps practices: CI/CD for models and prompts, evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and drift detection.
- Ensure every solution shipped is production-grade, documented, and supportable.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 10+ years in enterprise software/data/AI, with 3+ years architecting and delivering production AI/GenAI solutions.
- Proven track record as a client-facing architect at a global services firm or enterprise customer comfortable presenting to VPs and CXOs.
- Experience leading distributed onshore-offshore delivery teams.
- Prior experience in QSR, retail, hospitality, or consumer-facing enterprises is a strong plus.
Technical Depth
- AWS (Primary Cloud): Deep, hands-on experience as an AWS architect Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, Step Functions, S3, OpenSearch, DynamoDB, IAM, KMS, VPC/PrivateLink, and CloudWatch. AWS Solutions Architect Professional or AWS ML Specialty certification strongly preferred.
- AWS Bedrock (Core Platform): Hands-on experience designing and shipping production solutions on Amazon Bedrock foundation model selection (Anthropic Claude, Amazon Titan, Meta Llama, etc.), Bedrock Agents, Knowledge Bases, Guardrails, model evaluation, prompt management, and provisioned throughput.
- GenAI / LLMs: RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation, and agentic patterns. Practical experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Strands Agents, or CrewAI.
- Snowflake Cortex: Working experience with Snowflake Cortex AI (LLM functions, Cortex Search, Cortex Analyst, Document AI), Snowpark, and integrating Snowflake-native AI with Bedrock-hosted models for hybrid solutions.
- Integration: API design, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration with Workday (HR/HCM), Harri (workforce, scheduling, frontline engagement), Crunchtime (restaurant operations, inventory, labor, food safety), plus ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, M365, POS, and other QSR systems.
- Data: Snowflake (primary), modern data stacks, vector databases (OpenSearch, pgvector, Pinecone), knowledge graphs, and document intelligence pipelines.
- Security & Compliance: Enterprise security patterns on AWS, data privacy, role-based access, responsible AI guardrails, SOC2/PCI/GDPR awareness.
- Engineering: Strong coding background (Python preferred); DevOps, MLOps/LLMOps, IaC (Terraform/CDK), CI/CD, and observability.
Functional Breadth
Comfortable architecting AI solutions across multiple domains HR (talent, employee assist), Legal (contract review, policy Q&A), Finance (forecasting, AP automation, close acceleration), IT/SDLC (developer copilots, code review, ticket triage), Corporate Operations, and Restaurant Operations (labor, inventory, guest experience, store ops).
