Role: Senior Product Manager

The Opportunity: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise digital products and platforms. This role focuses on driving product innovation, delivering data-driven solutions, and partnering across engineering, design, and business teams to build scalable, high-impact applications.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong technical fluency, capable of translating business needs into product solutions while influencing cross-functional teams and delivering measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business goals
Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities through collaboration with business, engineering, and data teams
Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product development and enhancements
Partner with stakeholders to build data-driven business cases and define success metrics
Establish and track KPIs to measure product performance, adoption, and ROI
Drive Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination
Collaborate with engineering and data teams on system architecture, data models, and integrations
Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product direction
Serve as a product leader, aligning stakeholders and driving execution without direct authority
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise or technology-driven environments
Proven ability to define product strategy and deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives
Strong understanding of data-driven product development, including analytics and performance measurement
Experience working with engineering teams on technical products, data platforms, or digital applications
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentations
Experience working in Agile development environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with data platforms, analytics, or customer-facing digital products
Familiarity with data pipelines, schemas, and system integrations
Background in highly regulated or complex enterprise environments
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience influencing product direction across multiple business units.
