Location: Nashville, TN – Hybrid (Local Candidates Only)

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration

Provide daily Salesforce administrative support, including:
- User provisioning
- Profile and permission management
- Security configuration
Implement small to medium-sized enhancements, including:
- Page layout updates
- Salesforce Flows
- Process automation changes
- Minor data model adjustments
Monitor and maintain data quality, including:
- Duplicate prevention
- Data hygiene
- Validation activities

Salesforce Platform Support

Support functionality across Salesforce orgs using:
- Public Sector Solutions
- Experience Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Sales Cloud
Troubleshoot user issues and escalate complex concerns when appropriate.
Update and maintain reports and dashboards based on agency requirements.
Stay informed about Salesforce releases and recommend platform improvements where appropriate.

Business & Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with agency partners to gather business requirements.
Translate business requirements into actionable Salesforce configuration tasks.
Work with vendor teams and internal Salesforce teams to maintain consistency and alignment across multiple orgs.

Release Management & Governance

Assist with release management, including:
- Sandbox preparation
- Testing coordination
- Deployment support
Ensure compliance with:
- STS security requirements
- Governance processes
- Documentation standards
- Audit requirements

Strong understanding of Salesforce Administration

Salesforce Platform Knowledge
Experience or familiarity with:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education & Experience
Education

Bachelor''s degree from an accredited college or university in:
- Computer Science
- Information Systems
- Business
- Related field

Professional Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional-level experience in Salesforce Administration – Required
Experience in public sector environments – Preferred
Experience working in multi-org Salesforce environments – Preferred

Certifications
The following certifications are required or must be obtained within the established timeframe:

Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (Administrator II)
