- Degree requirement: Bachelors and/or Master’s degree minimum required

1. Exceptional communication skills
o Must be able to present confidently at senior leadership levels.
2. Strong technology background, specifically in AWS Cloud
o AWS experience is mandatory.
3. Product management experience
o Requirement grooming, engaging stakeholders, and understanding functional/non-functional needs.
Other Strong Preferences
• Ability to manage multiple teams and track several projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML, GenAI, and NVIDIA-based projects.
• Some understanding of Snowflake and databases (not mandatory).
• Agile, Scrum, and Kanban experience.
Required Technical Skills
(Required)
• At least 10 years of experience as a product owner or program manager in the software space
• Manage the detailed work activities for the Emerging Technology SWAT Team
• Experience leading programs from product ideation to production delivery.
• Demonstrated exceptional leadership communications and negotiation skills.
• Certificates on Product / Program Management
• Strong technical understanding on components like microservices, UX/UI, Infra security, AI/ML/GenAI Models.
