We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimize warehouse operations, labor utilization, material flow, and productivity through Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop standard work, SOPs, and engineered labor standards using time & motion studies.
  • Create staffing models based on workload and operational demand.
  • Optimize warehouse layouts, storage strategies, and material flow.
  • Lead Lean, Kaizen, 5S, root cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop warehouse KPIs, productivity dashboards, and ROI/business cases.
  • Analyze ERP/WMS data to identify productivity and efficiency opportunities.
  • Lead warehouse engineering, layout, automation, and process improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, IT, and Customer Service teams.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Industrial Engineering, warehouse/distribution, or continuous improvement experience.
  • Hands-on experience with time studies and engineered labor standards.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Lean Warehousing.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP/WMS systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
