Job Details
Join our team as a ServiceNow Admin/Developer, where you will play a key role in unraveling and optimizing complex IT workflows, ensuring seamless integration and system efficiency. Responsibilities
- Analyze and document existing ServiceNow workflows to enhance system functionality.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and workflow integration.
- Conduct regular system maintenance activities, prioritizing minimal user disruption.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to streamline operations.
Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in managing ServiceNow operations and system administration.
- Strong understanding of core ServiceNow applications and incident management processes.
- Proven ability to conduct detailed workflow assessments and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and ServiceNow best practices.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining comprehensive platform documentation and SOPs.
