Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on QuickBase professional with strong Power BI and data reporting experience to support the development of a new vendor lifecycle management platform.
The resource will be responsible for QuickBase application design and development, Power BI dashboards, data migration, data cleansing, and reporting. The goal is to create an easier-to-use system supporting the complete vendor lifecycle, including vendor intake, governance, contracting, performance tracking, workflow, and reporting.
The role will also involve migrating and remediating data for approximately 800 vendors, improving dashboards and user experience, integrating with other applications, and exploring automation of Microsoft Forms/RFI information into QuickBase.
Key Responsibilities
<>QuickBase Design, Development & Administration>
Design and build QuickBase applications supporting the complete vendor lifecycle.
Configure tables, relationships, forms, roles, permissions, reports, views, and dashboards.
Build vendor profiles and supporting lifecycle data structures.
Develop vendor taxonomy and tagging, including vendor type, category, scope, line of business, and preferred vendor information.
Build enhanced intake forms and workflows to reduce duplicate data entry.
Develop automations, notifications, and workflow triggers.
Integrate and connect information across QuickBase applications.
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and administrative runbooks.
<>Power BI Reporting & Dashboards>
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards using QuickBase and related data sources.
Build reporting for vendor pipeline, lifecycle stages, governance readiness, contracting status, and vendor performance.
Develop data models, DAX measures, visualizations, and scheduled refreshes.
Create executive-ready dashboards and reports.
Ensure consistent reporting definitions and metrics across business teams.
<>Data Migration & Data Remediation>
Review existing vendor data and identify duplicates, incomplete records, inconsistent naming, and data quality issues.
Clean, standardize, validate, and prepare vendor data for migration.
Support migration of approximately 800 vendor records into the new QuickBase environment.
Perform pre-migration validation, reconciliation, and post-migration verification.
Perform ongoing data cleansing, de-duplication, field completion, and categorization.
Reconcile vendor information from multiple business sources to establish a reliable single source of truth.
Establish recurring data audit and maintenance processes.
<>Documentation & User Support>
Create QuickBase user guides, how-to documentation, and reference materials.
Maintain data dictionaries, field definitions, taxonomy standards, and reporting logic.
Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and support for users.
Handle ad hoc data and reporting requests.
Communicate progress, issues, and project status to business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or application configuration.
Strong hands-on QuickBase experience.
Experience with QuickBase tables, relationships, forms, roles, permissions, reports, dashboards, and automations.
Strong Power BI experience, including:
Data modeling
DAX
Dashboard development
Visualization
Scheduled refresh
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
Strong experience with data cleansing, de-duplication, standardization, and migration preparation.
Strong understanding of data quality and validation.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, managed care, or health plan environments.
Experience with vendor management, procurement, contracting, or governance.
Experience creating reports and dashboards for executive or governance audiences.
Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, and Power Automate.
Experience with system-of-record rebuilds or platform migrations.
Experience integrating or automating data between business applications.
