Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Genedata Biologics Consultant with a strong scientific/biologics background and hands-on experience configuring and supporting Genedata Biologics platforms.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Scientists, Biologists, Protein Scientists, Research & Development teams, and business stakeholders to understand scientific workflows and translate requirements into effective Genedata Biologics configurations and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with Scientists, Biologists, Protein Scientists, and R&D teams to understand scientific processes, workflows, and requirements.
• Perform hands-on Genedata Biologics configuration, customization, and administration.
• Translate scientific and business requirements into Genedata platform configurations and functional solutions.
• Configure workflows, forms, fields, data structures, templates, user interfaces, and reporting capabilities.
• Support implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Genedata Biologics within biopharmaceutical R&D environments.
• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions and workshops with scientific stakeholders.
• Document current-state and future-state scientific workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with Research Informatics, IT, Data, and other technical teams on integrations and data flows.
• Support data migration, testing, UAT, validation, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot application and configuration issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams and vendors.
• Develop configuration documentation, SOPs, user guides, and training materials.
• Provide training and functional support to scientists and end users.
• Identify opportunities to improve biologics discovery workflows, data capture, scientific data management, and research efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong biologics/scientific background with experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology R&D.
• Hands-on experience with Genedata Biologics.
• Experience with Genedata Biologics configuration and administration.
• Strong understanding of biologics discovery and research workflows.
• Experience working directly with Scientists and R&D teams.
• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis capabilities.
• Ability to translate scientific requirements into technical/configuration solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with application testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and production support.
