Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and end-to-end delivery of business and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, data scientists, analytics teams, and Salesforce developers to translate business needs into product features and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and business objectives.

  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on business value and stakeholder needs.

  • Create epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.

  • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, data science, and Salesforce teams.

  • Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.

  • Track product performance using KPIs, analytics, and reporting.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve blockers, and communicate delivery progress.

  • Drive continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role.

  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.

  • Expertise in backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.

  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.

  • Experience supporting analytics, reporting, or data-driven solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

  • Knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence, and optimization solutions.

  • Experience with product roadmaps, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.

  • Energy or utilities industry experience is a plus.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
