Pc Technician Support

Our client is hiring a Tier 2 IT Technician to support clients throughout the Maryland area. This person will provide Tier 2 Support role and will serves as an escalation point for Tier 1 support. Also, in this role you will provide advanced technical support to the user base. Support is provided via phone, email, text, and in-person/on-site visits to users at any of our ten locations surrounding the Baltimore, MD area. Candidates for this position should possess strong communication, customer service, and advanced technical skills.
Top Skills' Details
1. 5+ years of IT experience, including supporting a Microsoft Windows environment.
2. CompTIA A+ or Network +
3. Experience maintaining and improving Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint and Teams.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Communication and customer service are key. Need to be a self starter and be able to operate on your own with minimal guidance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
