Web Developer

Description

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer to join our team in West Chester, Pennsylvania. This role involves managing website functionality, ensuring optimal security, and enhancing user experience through strategic updates and improvements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver innovative web solutions while staying ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and update websites using programming languages such as JavaScript, ensuring functionality and performance.
Develop and manage secure web environments to safeguard company assets.
Configure and implement tools to monitor website traffic and analyze user engagement.
Evaluate website data to make informed decisions on design improvements and feature enhancements.
Identify and resolve usability issues to improve the overall user experience.
Address and mitigate security vulnerabilities to maintain a strong security posture.
Coordinate projects between third-party developers, the marketing team, and the IT department to ensure seamless integration of features and updates.
Collaborate with external developers and designers to implement new website functionalities and ensure alignment with business goals.
Monitor third-party cookies to ensure compliance and protect user data.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance web performance and security.

Requirements

Proven experience in website administration and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of programming languages, particularly JavaScript.
Ability to analyze and interpret website traffic data.
Expertise in identifying and resolving both usability and security issues.
Solid project management and coordination skills to work across teams.
Familiarity with web monitoring tools and cookie compliance.
Up-to-date understanding of web technologies and industry standards.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
