A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Product Owner
 
Position type: Full time, Contract
Duration: 12+ months
Location: 3 days onsite in a week in Charlotte, NC
 
As a Product Owner, you will:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
The Product Owner acts as the key link between business stakeholders and analytics, machine learning, and GenAI delivery teams. This role owns the product vision and backlog, translates business needs into actionable data science work, and ensures solutions are scalable, feasible, and aligned with enterprise strategy. The Product Owner prioritizes initiatives, manages stakeholders, and drives delivery of data-driven products that create measurable business value.
Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role supporting analytics, data science, or AI/ML initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable data or ML requirements with defined success metrics.
• Hands-on Agile experience (Scrum, SAFe, or similar) managing and prioritizing product backlogs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, bridging business, data science, engineering, and platform teams.

Required Skills

• Product vision, roadmap definition, and backlog prioritization
• Translating complex business problems into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaboration with data scientists, ML engineers, and data/platform teams
• Clear communication of progress, risks, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences
• Understanding of analytics, ML, or GenAI delivery constraints (data, models, and production)

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*:  $65 - $70 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
