Description:
We are seeking an Information Security Analyst to support and advance our security posture across data- and AI-driven initiatives. This role is ideal for a security professional early to mid-career who is eager to work at the intersection of information security, data governance, and artificial intelligence. You will help secure data pipelines, AI models, and platforms while also contributing to the development and deployment of AI-powered security solutions, including AI agents that automate or enhance security processes.
Responsibilities - AI Agents & Automation
• Support the design and creation of AI agents that enhance information security capabilities.
• Create and maintain automated agents to handle mundane and repeatable security requests, such as:
• Access and entitlement reviews
• Evidence collection for audits and compliance
• Policy guidance and security FAQs
• Intake and triage of security questionnaires and risk assessments
• Security documentation and reporting
• Define and implement guardrails for AI agents, such as:
• Role-based access controls and least-privilege permissions
• Human-in-the-loop approvals for sensitive or high-risk actions
• Logging, monitoring, and auditability of agent activity
• Clear escalation paths when confidence thresholds or policy boundaries are exceeded
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and AI teams to integrate AI agents into existing workflows
• Test and validate AI-driven security tools to ensure accuracy, reliability, and ethical use
• Participate in security reviews for new data and AI initiatives
• Define key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of AI agent automation

• Cloud Security with AI
• Helping with MCP server – Infrastructure support [Model Context Protocol (MCP) server]
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure would be huge – Cloud Security
• Some developer background (like Splunk Automation Engineer, and related tiles in the past)
• Individual Contributor and will work with a team of 3-5 members
• Splunk, Qualys, and Nessus background
• Open to all industries but MFG preferred
• Client is building a product
• Understand how to automate and how to do AI enablement
• 2-3 years of AI experience
• Familiarity and hands-on experience using MCP, Azure, AWS, Splunk, Qualys, Microsoft security tools, OpenCode, Claude Code
Education, Experience, and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in information security, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field,
- OR HS Diploma/GED (minimum) with equivalent proven practical experience through relevant work, internships, bootcamps, or self-directed learning.
- 5–7+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Information security or cybersecurity
- Cloud engineering, data engineering, or platform operations with security exposure
- Hands-on experience supporting or securing:
- Data platforms, analytics environments, or cloud infrastructure
- APIs, applications, or internal tooling
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, such as using and supporting AI/ML tools and platforms, building automations or AI-assisted workflows, participating in AI or data-related projects from a security perspective
