Job Details

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Sr Product Manager to join our team in the B2B SaaS space. This exciting role will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, design, and execution of our innovative products. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of passionate professionals who are committed to revolutionizing the technology services landscape. With your expertise in Product Management, and understanding of APIs, strong workflows, agentic AI systems, and ability to create mockups, you will be instrumental in shaping our products and services to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.
  • Define and manage comprehensive product strategies, including product vision, benefits, and features.
  • Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture.
  • Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and other teams to deliver products to the market.
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support load.
  • Drive data-informed decisions by integrating user research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback into product requirements, ensuring products satisfy user needs.
  • Create wireframes, product specifications, and white papers.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to manage and execute product development, from conception to launch.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and evaluate market trends to better inform product development.
  • Develop and maintain complex product roadmaps and schedules to meet strategic objectives.
  • Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, to build awareness and understanding of the product.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, preferrably in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in APIs, workflows, agentic AI, and mockups.
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and time-management skills.
  • Experience in understanding customer needs and delivering superior customer experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with teams across the organization to drive product initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
