Summary

AI/ML Engineer - Charlotte, NC

We have an opportunity for an AI/ML Engineer to support enterprise AI platforms, APIs, and integrations using Azure API Management, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights. Strong technical experience with RAG frameworks and AI platforms is required, along with SQL and Power BI dashboards and reporting.

You will help teams onboard to the AI platform, track API consumption, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with Product Owners and engineering teams. The role includes translating business needs into technical requirements, supporting integrations, analyzing platform usage, and assisting with testing and release readiness. Azure AI Foundry experience and a software development background are preferred.

This is a six-month contract with the potential to continue, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Weekly onsite attendance is preferred; candidates who can reliably attend one day every other week at their own expense may also be considered. ship is required.
