Job Details

We're hiring a Senior Manager of Network Engineering & Connectivity to lead the strategy, architecture, and operations of our enterprise network, telecom, and cloud connectivity environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving innovation, operational excellence, and scalability across a complex, distributed infrastructure. You will oversee network engineering, operations, vendor strategy, and long-term roadmap development-while leading and developing a high-performing team.

What You'll Bring
  • 12+ years in enterprise network/infrastructure
  • 4+ years of leadership experience (ideally managing managers)
  • Expertise in routing/switching, SD-WAN, MPLS, BGP/OSPF
  • Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
  • Strong background in network security (firewalls, Zero Trust, SASE)
  • Experience in large, multi-site environments
  • Exposure to vendor management, budgets, and roadmaps

What You'll Do
  • Own and execute the technology roadmap for network, firewall, telecom, and cloud connectivity platforms
  • Lead the design and evolution of highly available, scalable, and secure network architectures
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including incident response (P1/P2), root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Drive large-scale initiatives across SD-WAN, cloud networking, wireless, and next-gen security
  • Partner with business and IT leadership to translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions
  • Manage and develop a team of managers, engineers, and analysts
  • Own vendor and MSP relationships, including contract negotiation, performance management, and SLAs
  • Develop and manage CapEx and OpEx budgets, ensuring strong ROI and cost optimization
  • Establish and track KPIs and performance metrics for platform health and service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements (PCI, SOX)

Bonus Points
  • Experience in large-scale retail or multi-location environments
  • Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE, or cloud networking certifications
  • Experience with network observability tools (SolarWinds, Dynatrace, etc.)
  • Background in telecom/voice platforms and cost optimization
