Manufacturing Engineer
**5+years of ENGINEERING experience- HVAC or Automotive
**Lean or operational excellence
**ORACLE & Windchill REQUIRED
**BS in Engineering (BSIE/BSME) required
**5+ Manufacturing/Process experience
**Must have CAD experience (AutoCAD), product modeling in Creo/SolidWorks
**HVAC experience, pump skids, boilers, chillers etc
Updated HM Notes: Strong chance to extend and convert
· Custom work on air handling units, boilers, pump skids
· Oracle implementation
· Windchill (REQUIRED)
· Bridge the gap between electrical/mechanical engineering teams

Required:
· 5+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Project Management, Process Automation and AutoCAD, Creo, Apriso, Oracle or similar software experience
· Aptitude for mechanical/electrical application as related to equipment/processes.
· Communication skills to articulate voice of the customer.
· Ability to coach, advise and develop teammates and peers.
· Bachelor''''s degree in engineering preferred.
Responsibilities:
· Design and develop processes for factory transformation projects and equipment implementation.
· Improve productivity, quality, equipment performance, energy consumption, and downtime reduction.
· Provide technical/subject matter expertise and guidance for the resolution of manufacturing process and product design problems.
· Serve as a resource for cause/effect investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning.
· Design manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and station controls that optimize efficiency, operating costs, and product quality.

· Uphold manufacturing standards including: machine capability, process maps, set-ups, quality controls, tooling and fixture records, routings and cycle times.
· Generate work instructions, job breakdowns, and standardized work to ensure quality at the source meets product and manufacturing specifications given local needs.
Partner with on-site EHS to ensure all equipment meets safety regulations compliant with OSHA.
