Significance, Inc is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Fleet) to join our growing team. This is a hybrid position located in Rockville, MD.
The Sr. Business Analyst (Fleet) will be responsible for supporting the Transportation Services, Transit, Fleet, and Cards Management Programs. This candidate will provide in-depth analysis for the Programs mentioned with a focus on Fleet policy, invoicing, customer engagement, and knowledge of fleet management. Additionally, will review business processes to help diagnose the business' financial, operational, and technological risks and recommend strategies and process improvements to key business stakeholders. The qualified candidate must have experience managing a major Fleet credit card program either on the bank side or the customer side, preferably someone with GSA SmartPay experience or experience as an Agency/Organization Program Coordinator. The candidate must be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills interfacing with customers and business partners.
Required Skills: - 3+ years' experience in government Fleet management with a primary focus on policy, invoicing, customer engagement, and general fleet support tasks
- 5+ years' of experience working in a financial services, client management or commercial card program role
- 3 years' experience with travel systems- federal government travel preferred, but commercial is acceptable
- 3 years' experience working with credit card systems (e.g., reviewing credit card invoices, reconciling credit charges against invoices, collections activity/Government Salary offset)
- 1-2 years' in a team lead or senior analyst role
- Experience in generating multiple reports from varying data sources on credit card/transit program trends/behaviors
- Citibank systems experience and a working familiarity with Regulation W and OMB 123 A
- MS Excel/PowerPoint at the advanced level to include spreadsheet development and production, applying formulas, pivot tables, sorting data, charting and graphing data and basic analysis, and with creation of senior level dashboards
- Must be able to work independently with limited direction; ability to multitask is critical
- Ability to Travel as required
Desired Skills: - GSA SmartPay2 knowledge
- Credit Card Compliance or Transit Program Policy experience
- Knowledge of government credit card regulations, policies & procedures
- Processing Mapping Experience (Visio, etc.)
- Experience with CitiManager (Commercial Card Bank system of record)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Be able to read data, analyze and present program data and translate into key business decisions
- Must have both excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively with a team
- Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
- Professional in appearance and demeanor at all times
$95,000 - $106,000 a year
At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
