Summary

Job Title: Agentic AI / NLP Specialist
Location: New Jersey, NJ
Role Summary:
We are seeking 4 highly skilled Agentic AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) specialists to design, build, and deploy advanced AI solutions for a major financial institution. You will work directly with the end client to integrate autonomous AI agents and NLP models into enterprise workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI workflows and autonomous agents to solve complex business problems.
  • Build and fine-tune NLP models for text classification, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, and document processing.
  • Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems (APIs, databases) and existing LLM frameworks.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to evaluate model performance and ensure responsible AI practices.
  • Optimize models for scalability, latency, and accuracy in a production environment.
Required Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
  • Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
  • Experience deploying AI models in enterprise environments.
  • Ability to work onsite at JP Morgan offices as required.
