Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Aptean Full Circle ERP Application Support Specialist with direct, hands-on experience supporting the Full Circle ERP platform.
This role focuses on production support, troubleshooting application issues, and working closely with business teams to ensure smooth operation of key ERP processes.
Experience with other ERP systems alone will not meet the requirements for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Provide production and application support for the Aptean Full Circle ERP system.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within the application.
Support and maintain core Full Circle ERP modules and business processes.
Coordinate with dependent systems and cross-functional business teams to resolve issues and ensure system stability.
Assist in monitoring system performance and ensuring the reliability of ERP operations.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and support system functionality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Direct hands-on experience with Aptean Full Circle ERP (required).
Experience supporting Full Circle ERP modules and processes, including:
Purchase Order (PO) processing
Order management
Inventory management
Strong understanding of retail and apparel industry business processes supported within the Full Circle ERP platform.
Experience providing production or application support for Full Circle ERP environments.
Ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues within the application.
Experience coordinating with dependent systems and business teams to resolve application-related issues.
Important Requirement
This role specifically requires experience with Aptean Full Circle ERP.
Experience with other ERP platforms alone will not satisfy the requirements for this position.
