Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Lead SnapLogic Consultant with extensive experience in enterprise integration architecture, SnapLogic development, and ETL modernization. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable, high-quality integration solutions.

Required Qualifications

SnapLogic & Integration Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), including architecture, design, and development.

• 7+ years of hands-on SnapLogic development experience delivering business-critical integrations.

• 5+ years of solution architecture experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Strong expertise in SnapLogic architecture, Snaplex configuration, network topology, and runtime behavior.

• Extensive experience building reusable integration frameworks and common components.

• Deep understanding of SnapLogic design best practices, including:

  • Error handling

  • Logging

  • Resiliency patterns

  • Monitoring and governance

ETL Modernization

• Experience analyzing existing ETL solutions and redesigning them using optimized SnapLogic patterns.

• Ability to reverse engineer and troubleshoot IBM DataStage solutions.

• Strong understanding of migration and modernization approaches for legacy ETL environments.

Cloud & Data Integration

• Hands-on experience integrating with:

  • AWS

  • Microsoft Azure

  • Snowflake

• Experience implementing:

  • Real-time integrations using Web Service Listener processes

  • Batch integrations using SnapLogic

• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, databases, and cloud-native integrations.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of SnapLogic Expression Language.

• Experience troubleshooting Snaplex performance, scalability, and throughput issues.

• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for SnapLogic deployments.

• Good understanding of:

  • Python CLI tools

  • Linux scripting

  • GitHub-based deployment processes

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working within global onshore/offshore delivery models.

• Ability to mentor and lead development teams.

• Willingness to support flexible work schedules when required.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

• Gather and analyze business requirements.

• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into integration solutions.

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance integration architectures.

• Develop technical design documents, interface specifications, and architecture diagrams.

• Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate solution approaches.

Development & Implementation

• Design and develop SnapLogic integrations.

• Build reusable integration components and frameworks.

• Conduct peer reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.

• Develop, test, and deploy solutions using established CI/CD processes.

• Perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Project Delivery

• Coordinate with business and technical teams throughout project execution.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.

• Ensure successful project delivery aligned with quality standards and timelines.

• Promote code through environments using GitHub-based release processes.

Production Support & Operations

• Monitor integration processes and system health.

• Troubleshoot production and non-production issues.

• Resolve performance, scalability, and operational challenges.

• Maintain system stability through proactive monitoring and support.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Create and maintain technical documentation.

• Develop support guides and operational procedures.

• Conduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities.

• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership to project teams.
