Job DetailsYou'll manage a complex defense docket independently from inception through trial, with direct client relationships across insurance carriers, large self-insurers, and corporate clients.
- Defend carriers and insureds in New York state and federal courts
- Handle all phases - discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, arbitrations, and trial
- Manage GL, premises, bad faith, statutory delay/denial, and coverage matters from day one
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs across a full range of insurance defense claims
- Collaborate across practice groups including corporate, real estate, and labor & employment
Looking for:
- NY or NJ Bar admission
- Insurance defense background - associate through of counsel levels
