Salesforce Administrator

Role Overview:

This role supports a Salesforce instance acquired through a recent transaction.
The selected candidate will have a twofold responsibility:
BAU / Operations: Keep the lights on by maintaining and supporting the existing Salesforce environment.
Transformation & Compliance: Lead efforts to transform the acquired Salesforce instance to be Capital One-compliant, meeting governance, security, audit, and safety standards.
The role will directly support the Capital One Travel business, including travel-related data and workflows within Salesforce.

Key Requirements:

Active Salesforce Administrator Certification - Mandatory
Strong experience administering Salesforce in enterprise environments
Ability to navigate compliance-heavy environments with significant governance and security requirements
Experience supporting system transformation, integration, and remediation efforts
Comfortable balancing operational support with platform modernization

Nice to Have:
Experience working with Salesforce instances acquired via M&A
Background in regulated industries (financial services preferred)
