Position Summary


We are seeking a versatile and experienced Deployment Manager to join a dynamic, collaborative team focused on delivering client integration solutions within the Institutional Wealth Management Services sector. This role involves leading the deployment of new products and services by working closely with clients and fintech partners to develop use cases, build roadmaps, and implement integrations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in product deployment and client management, with a passion for enhancing the end-to-end customer experience through continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.


Key Responsibilities



  • Plan: Analyze project opportunities, assess scope, and prepare for deployment challenges considering scale and complexity.

  • Deploy: Lead client onboarding and drive product adoption by demonstrating necessary skills, behaviors, and technical capabilities.

  • Support: Foster ongoing improvements, build mutually beneficial relationships, and support stakeholders in resolving issues to optimize product enablement.

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to monitor test environments, troubleshoot issues, create test data, and assist clients during testing phases.

  • Maintain a focus on delivering solutions that improve client experience and product performance.

  • Communicate effectively across teams to influence and align project goals, navigating complex scenarios with clarity.

  • Lead product deployment efforts aimed at enhancing product quality, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

  • Stay current with industry trends and technical skills to continuously advance expertise and work approach.


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent career experience preferred.

  • Over 5 years of experience in product development, client management, software deployment, and testing.

  • Proven analytical skills and technical competence.

  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Insomnia), Single Sign-On (SSO), file transmissions, and related connectivity solutions.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing product deployment activities with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to resolve user problems efficiently.

  • Passion for learning and professional growth to stay aligned with evolving client and business needs.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience working in agile environments, particularly using Kanban methodologies.

  • Familiarity with monitoring test environments and triaging issues.

  • Ability to develop and work with integration use cases and project roadmaps.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across diverse teams.

  • Previous experience supporting technical client onboarding and product enablement initiatives.
