RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Oracle Tech Lead in Wilmington, MA.
Responsibilities:
* Design and implement end-to-end business solutions using Oracle Cloud Fusion (SaaS/PaaS)
* Lead business process reengineering
* Manage development teams through the SDLC using Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Design, build, and support integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and third-party, legacy, and SaaS systems
* Partner with strategic implementation vendors to deliver new and enhanced Oracle Cloud functionality
* Support change management, testing, documentation, and training for Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions
* Oversee Master Data Management (MDM) during business transitions and ongoing operations
* Manage steady-state operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and global stakeholder communications
* Analyze Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and support planned and ad-hoc patching
* Define and track KPIs to support business analytics and reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
* BS/BA in Information Technology or related functional area
* 10+ years of experience in a Technical Lead role
* 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion (SaaS), including OCI, OIC, APEX, and VBCS
* 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle R12 Financials/SCM projects, including at least one end-to-end ERP implementation
* Experience with Azure DevOps and Oracle DevOps platforms
* Strong experience designing and supporting integrations using middleware solutions (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica)
* Proven experience integrating Oracle Financials/SCM with third-party systems, MDM, and analytics platforms
* Demonstrated ability to estimate, plan, and manage projects through completion
* Deep understanding of ERP cloud implementation lifecycles
* Experience supporting SOX compliance and audit requirements
* Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and issue resolution
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
