We are looking for an experienced Facets Analyst with strong expertise in the US Healthcare Payer domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Facets, particularly in Claims Processing, along with strong analytical and Oracle PL/SQL skills. This role involves analyzing business requirements, supporting Facets applications, troubleshooting claims issues, and collaborating with business and technical teams.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Facets Analyst
• Strong hands-on experience with Facets
• Extensive knowledge of US Healthcare Payer domain
• Strong understanding of Claims Processing (Mandatory)
• Oracle PL/SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• .NET development knowledge

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and support Facets-based healthcare applications.
• Work closely with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve claims processing issues.
• Develop and execute SQL queries using Oracle PL/SQL.
• Coordinate with development and testing teams for enhancements and defect resolution.
• Ensure accurate implementation of payer business rules and claims workflows.
