Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Functional Product Owner with strong Twilio experience to lead initiatives involving Twilio inbound call flows, IVR design, reporting, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and analytics teams to gather requirements, define user stories, and ensure successful delivery of Twilio-based communication solutions.

The role requires strong product ownership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, along with hands-on exposure to database queries and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the Twilio inbound call and IVR product backlog.

  • Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Design and support Twilio IVR workflows and inbound call routing solutions.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement Twilio integrations and reporting solutions.

  • Manage and analyze large volumes of inbound call records and operational data to generate insights and reports.

  • Partner with business teams to identify reporting needs and analytics requirements.

  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives even when requirements are partially defined.

  • Ensure product deliverables meet regulatory and compliance requirements related to communication workflows.

  • Track progress, prioritize backlog items, and support agile delivery cycles.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience working as a Product Owner / Product Manager in technical environments.

  • Strong exposure to Twilio inbound call flows and IVR systems.

  • Experience managing large datasets and reporting related requirements.

  • Good understanding of databases, SQL queries, and reporting tools.

  • Proven experience translating business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing complex requirements.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to own tasks and drive initiatives independently.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Twilio IVR Insights and reporting dashboards.

  • Experience with data analytics or reporting platforms.

  • Exposure to telecom or contact center platforms.

  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
