Senior Cybersecurity Manager
A growing organization is seeking an experienced cybersecurity leader to oversee enterprise governance, risk, compliance, and data protection initiatives. This role will guide security strategy, strengthen regulatory readiness, and partner with leadership teams to align cybersecurity priorities with business objectives in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise cybersecurity governance, policy development, and compliance initiatives
- Maintain and enhance security frameworks aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage enterprise risk programs, including risk assessments, reporting, and remediation planning
- Oversee vendor and third-party security review processes
- Support incident response, cyber readiness exercises, and security maturity initiatives
- Drive data privacy and data protection strategies, including data classification and handling practices
- Partner cross-functionally with technology, legal, procurement, and executive leadership teams
- Develop security awareness and training programs to improve organizational cyber readiness
- Mentor and lead cybersecurity and compliance team members
Qualifications
- 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with leadership responsibility in governance, risk, and compliance functions
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management practices, and regulatory compliance environments
- Experience supporting privacy, audit, and security certification initiatives in complex organizations
- Familiarity with third-party risk management, enterprise risk reporting, and security operations collaboration
- Industry certifications such as CISM, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, or CISSP preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
