We are seeking an experienced **
Machine Operators** with hands-on knowledge using digital cutting systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can set up, operate, and maintain the cutting machine to produce precise, high-quality components for corrugated marketing materials.
Available Schedules:1st Shift - Mon-Fri 630am-230pm
2nd Shift - Mon-Thurs 230pm-1230am (10 hour shifts)
Responsibilities:- Operate digital cutting machines to produce components according to production specifications
- Set up machine parameters and load appropriate cutting files
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Perform light routine maintenance and cleaning of the cutting equipment
- Work with the design and production teams to ensure proper execution of custom jobs
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report needed repairs
- Maintain accurate records of job runs and machine usage
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications:- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating a digital cutting machine or similar CNC cutting equipment
- Willing to submit to drug and background screening
- Familiarity with corrugated materials and their handling requirements
- Ability to read and interpret design files and production specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
