Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Coupa Administrator to own the technical configuration, governance, controls, and operational integrity of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Coupa administration or implementation experience, strong Procure-to-Pay knowledge, and experience working with Finance, Procurement, and SAP teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Coupa platform configuration, administration, and technical governance.
• Configure approval workflows, delegation logic, spend controls, and supplier onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls, audit requirements, and segregation of duties (SoD).
• Manage user roles, access governance, and configuration documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain Technology Managers, and SAP functional leads.
• Coordinate integrations involving vendor master data, purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and operational support.
• Manage Coupa releases, impact assessments, regression testing, and change governance.
• Track platform KPIs, manage system backlogs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve touchless processing.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Source-to-Pay, Procurement Systems, or Finance Technology.
• Hands-on Coupa administration or implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, approval workflows, and controls.
• Experience with supplier lifecycle management.
• Experience working with Finance and Procurement stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience in SOX-controlled environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Coupa Procurement, Invoicing, and Payments modules.
• Exposure to data governance frameworks.
• Experience balancing project implementation, platform enhancements, and ongoing support.
• Familiarity with release management, integration testing, and enterprise change governance.
