We are seeking a highly skilled Al/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Al/ML models that drive innovative solutions and enhance our product offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of Al/ML principles, a passion for technology, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy Al/ML algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for Al/ML models.
• Evaluate and optimize existing algorithms for performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Al/ML technologies and methodologies.
• Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of juniorteam members in Al/ML concepts and practices.
Mandatory Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Al/ML algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with a focus on Al/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, or similar.
• Familiaritywith natural language processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and model evaluation metrics.
• Ability to work with large datasets and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
