Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Application Management Services (AMS) Lead to lead application monitoring, production support, incident management, outage resolution, and operational excellence for mission-critical enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in monitoring and observability platforms, incident response, production operations, and stakeholder communication. Experience supporting Connected Vehicles, Telematics, or Automotive ecosystems is highly preferred.
Required Experience

5+ years of experience in Application Management Services (AMS), Production Support, or Application Operations

Strong experience managing production incidents and critical outages

Experience leading incident war rooms and coordinating cross-functional teams

Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability, dashboards, alerting, and system health monitoring

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end application monitoring and observability initiatives.

Manage the complete incident lifecycle from detection through resolution.

Handle high-severity production incidents and major outages.

Lead incident bridge calls and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Create Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation and drive preventive actions.

Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, KPIs, and monitoring metrics.

Ensure SLA compliance and operational excellence.

Support on-call production operations and escalation management.

Drive continuous improvements across AMS processes and monitoring capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting Connected Vehicles or In-Vehicle Telematics platforms.

Experience in automotive software ecosystems.

Strong background in production monitoring, issue triage, and outage management.

Experience conducting post-incident reviews and implementing preventive measures.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-availability production environment.
